What is Derived and stored Attribute?

Derived and Stored Attribute - In a few cases, two or more attribute values are associated, for example, Age and BirthDate attributes of a person. For particular person entity, the value of Age can be denoted from the current date and the value of in which person's BirthDate. Therefore, the attribute Age is known as derived attribute and the attribute BirthDate is known as stored attribute.
