What is clipper, Computer Networking

Clipper is a compiler that was well recognized at the time of80's and early times of 90's. We can build DOS based applications (even large applications too) using clipper. There is no individual Database needed to use with clipper. It itself is having capacity to preserve detain the form of tables and we can use it to write coding also.
