What is a test build manager, Software Engineering

Test Build Managers deliver present software versions to the test environment, install the application's software and relate software patches, to both the application and the operating system, set-up, maintain and back up test environment hardware.

Depending on the project, single person may wear more than one hat. For example, a Test Engineer might also be wear the hat of a Test Build Manager.
