Financial reports tell its intended readers about all the financial information of the company for the period it is reporting. It also contains the figures of previous corresponding periods for better comparison and easy understanding. While designing the reports, we need to take care of the readers, we should include the basic requirements, present the matters very clearly and uses of graphics, tables and deigns, which can get the readers' attention on important facts easily.
