Lift these folders one at a time and avoid placing of heavy objects like elbows, books, coffee cups etc. on specimens. Use long armed microscope while studying specimens and avoid bending the sheet. If specimens are damaged keep them aside and inform curator. Do not dissect or remove flowers and fruits from the specimens, as they form the important organs of specimens and specimens are easily identified.
