What are the main human degenerative diseases?
The main human degenerative diseases are separated into three groups: cardiovascular diseases, neoplastic diseases and degenerative diseases of the nervous system. The major cardiovascular diseases are hypertension, the cardiopathies, including coronary disease and myocardial infarction, and the cerebrovascular accidents (CVAs, or strokes).
