What are the applications of transmission electron microscope?
Applications of the transmission electron microscope (TEM)
a. The TEM is used into both material metallurgy, science and the biological sciences.
b. In biological applications this is used to create tomographic reconstructions of small cells or thin sections of larger cells and 3Dreconstructions of particular molecules.
c. In material science this is useful to determine the dimensions of powders or nanotubes.
d. Faults into crystals or metals can be identifying through TEM, with careful selection of defects this is useful to locate the position
of the identification and also the nature of the defect present.
e. High Resolution TEM (HRTEM) method permits detecting the crystal structure directly.
f. The resolution of image is much high compare along with the optical magnifying systems.
Draw a circuit diagram of a common emitter amplifier by using n-p-n transistor. Show input and output voltages graphically. The current gain for common emitter amplifier is 59.
The topic for the project is Newton's Law of Cooling, although you may choose a different title. The aim is to research how the temperature of a hot object is lost when it is kept
