Website Design besides Development Required

In search of a talented as well as experienced designer and developer for a new website. The site is a combination of social networking as well as dating/matchmaking. It will be designed with an opinion to having a large membership database. Features comprised will be members Homepage, message function, search function, friends lists, picture albums, incorporation of mapping facilities and e-commerce facility for membership payments. It is not a small job and I am only in quest of those with a proven track record of delivering high end, large websites within a tight time frame at a reasonable cost.
