We want to allow logging on an S3 bucket to audit potential high usage from single users (example single IP addresses) on our Wordpress membership site.

We want an experienced programmer to write a script to scan the logs as well as check how many times users log on and total their Bytes sent fields. If the values are greater than a threshold it must send us a notification with the relevant information.
