We need help to develop Personal Trainer Website

The logo is already done thus the site needs to be designed inline with the logo look and feel.

e) Cardio - with about 4 sub headings (drop down)

f) Sport Specific - with about 4 sub headings (drop down)

g) Tai Chi - with about 4 sub headings (drop down)

h) Yoga - with about 4 sub headings (drop down)

i) Rehabilitation - with about 4 sub headings (drop down)

j) Contact Us. form with radio buttons and drop down selections which is sent to an email address on submit.

On the home page we want a video as well as scrolling testimonials on the right hand column. We want the ability to manage the website from an admin section. We as well need the ability to further develop with client login with access to uploadable / downloadable files as well as videos for clients to watch via the login section.
