We are need of Website Development

I want a website developed that can do the following:

1. Google map that can search locations in a certain area. They must be able to search not only by location, however an advanced search to search by demographics.

2. The locations are a list of 200,000 businesses

3. Once they search locations they can choose which businesses addresses they need to buy by adding them to a shopping cart to purchase. It must be easy to use. The shopping cart must be able to tie into Pay Pal.

4. No downloading of addresses will be necessary at this time I just want the name of the businesses email to me once the purchase the lists.

5. Optional- Email system incorporate into the website, thus we can response to customers, do email marketing and so on.

6. Data import feature - 4 times a year I want to update my database of 200,000+ businesses. In these updates there may be changes, additions or deletions.
