Want C# Single User Login per session

Project Description:

I need to save simulatenious logins for one account such as one user has a spottily premium account and someone tries to login at the equal time so they can share the subscription an error message pops up saying someone is already on the account.

I also need a session timeout method on my application so after 30 minutes it will log you out if no activity happens.
