Violation of K-P Statement:

A HE produce work 'W' by exchanging the heat with one reservoir at temp. T₁ only. The K-P statement is violated.

H.P. is extracting heat Q₂ from low the temperature (T₂) reservoir and discharging heat to the high temperature (T₁) reservoir and getting work 'W'. The HE and HP together constitute m/c working in a cycle and producing sole effect of transmitting heat from lower temperature to higher temperature.
