Really urgent help needed with Javascript.

I have this website:

I need to remove the video on the slider so that it only shows the images within the slider. I also need to make the "FIND A VENUE" navigation at the top onRollover change the text to "COMING SOON" and to link to the same popup as on the "CINEMA ALERTS" nav.

If you can help me, please let me know how much you will charge. I have the main.js file and data.xml file which I have been trying to change without luck. Please help, it''s extremely urgent.
