Further the Act classifies goods into: like;

(i) Specific Goods

Whether specific goods are "goods" like are acknowledged and agreed on the time such contract of sale is made by (s.2). therefore this definition embraces nearly such all the goods that people buy in shops must market places and must super-markets.

(ii) Unascertained Goods

Although the phrase "unascertained goods" like utilized in contradistinction for specific goods. However it includes goods to be manufactured or like acquired through the seller after such making of the contract of sale there.

Therefore like the distinction between specific and like unascertained goods is central for it governs the moment of property of transfer.

(iii) Existing and future goods

However existing goods are goods like owned and possessed through the seller whether as the contract of sale is really made. Therefore future goods are goods to be acquired or like manufactured through the seller after such contract is made.
