Two dimension gene scanning technique is a high resolution system for finding of mutational variants in multiple genes. This method is on the basis of combination of extensive polymerase chain reaction and two dimensional dna electrophoresis. A tailored computer program was used to make optimal primer combination for denaturing gel electrophoresis, pcr amplification and dna fragments distribution id 2d gel, This test allows the detections of mutations in coding regions and splice site mutations also.
