After the parallel algorithm has been written as well as executed performance of both algorithms is one of other main concerns. In order to examine performance of algorithms there are numerous types of performance measurement tools. Measurements tools depend not only on parallel algorithm however need to collect data from operating system and hardware being used in order to offer effective utilisation of tools. For a given parallel computer as number of processors and its computational power raises the complexity and volume of data for performance analysis considerably increases. The collected data for measurement is always so difficult for tools to store and process it. The task of measuring performance of parallel programs has been splitted in two parts.
1) Performance Analysis: It gives the important information to programmers from large chunk of statistics available of program whilst in execution mode or from output data.
2) Performance Instrumentation: Its emphasis on how to resourcefully collect information about computation of parallel computer.
a) A uniform mild steel ring has a diameter of 50mm and a cross-sectional area of 1cm 2 . Determine the mmf essential to produce a flux of 50µWb in the ring. (b) I
In this system, d = 6 in., D = 12 in., Δz 1 = 6 ft, and Δz 2 = 12 ft. The discharge of water in the system is 10 cfs. Is the machine a pump or a turbine? What are the pressures a
In the thin lens equation first prove that Zz = f*f (Hint use this diagram along with the characteristics of similar triangles). Then use this equation along with the act that Z^
The Phenomenon of producing a transverse emf in a current carrying conductor on applying a magnetic field perpendicular to the direction of the current is known as Hall effect.
Surface tension is described as the force per unit length in the plane of a liquid surface, operating at right angles on both sides of the imaginary line drawn on the surface T
Emission spectrum of hidrogen is different from emission spectrum of sodium. Why? Ans) Because, in sodium atom there are already many other electrons present in the atom aother than
Q. What are emissive and absorption spectra? Emission spectrum: When the light emitted straight from a source is examined with a spectrometer the emission spectrum is ob
