Term on urban development, History

Assignment Help:

I'm currently doing a term on Urban Development and need history information on a neighborhood called Wynwood, in Miami Florida. I was looking online for a realizable source but was unable to find it. The has been newly redesigned and its now being called the "Design District" due to all the art galleries that surround it. I need the history as to how it actually came about as a neighborhood.
