Star Club is a casino established in mid-eighties in Sri Lanka. Since it is in the business for more than 25 years it is famous among local and foreign gamblers. John has been working in Star Club since the incorporation. He is paid with reasonable salary.

When time passes his conscience starts to speak and he started to think about the gamblers life and the result of gambling in their lives. He started to raise his voice and advise the gamblers whenever gamblers loose in gambling. In addition he visited to gamblers residents and starts to advise the gamblers regarding the negative impact of gambling.

Due to John's action Star Club's income started to decrease, and ended up in losses. This issue was brought to the notice of Management of the star club. The management has immediately terminated his contract. John lost his job.

Critically evaluates the behavior of Mr. John on the ground of deontological and teleological ethical theories.

Compare and contrast the absolute and relative ethics in relation to the existing literature using appropriate examples.
