Takt Time for sand blasting:
Tatk time is crucial in manufacturing process. It determines the speed of production to produce a product. Time is money toward production, the lesser the time taken to produce a part the lower the cost it is. The less time consume per day to manufacture a product helped to increase productivity per day. For this sand blasting is very important to determine the takt time of blasting. We also need to consider the quality of blasting did meet our expectation. It is crucial to get the suitable duration for de-burrs the blade without failure.

Table: Test result on takt time
As experiment result shown that applying vertical sand blasting method with 3.0 bars air pressure mixture are required to blast estimated 20 second to meet our quality requirement. As previous data we apply around 30 second for each experiment. Now our blades are free of burrs after sand blasting process. We need to process the blade to cutting test.
