Assignment Help:
Ha: If hyperlipidemia is believed to be a side effect of second-generation antipsychotics (SGAs), then Hispanic patients with SGAs treatment will have the higher frequency of developing hyperlipidemia than Asian patients who receive SGAs .
H0: It is hypothesized that there will be no differences in the frequency of hyperlipidemia development between Hispanic and Asian psychiatric patients taking SGAs.
1. Propose a research question that would be appropriate for using a t-test and explain why. Again, make sure you are working on your scholarly topic of interest.
2. Determine your sample size for your study. Choose a sample for your research question. Use table 5-4 on page 110( power tables for t-test from "Munro''s statistical methods for health care research" by Plichta, S., & Kelvin, E.) to determine your sample size. Explain the steps involved in your decision making.
