Synchro resolvers for low load, Other Engineering

Assignment Help:

Synchro resolvers for low load:

Both transmitter and receiver rotors are energised by the same AC supply and will induce equal and opposing voltages in the stator coils provided they are aligned with each other. Any misalignment between the two rotors, produces a motor torque on the receiver rotor that will turn it into the correct alignment with the transmitter rotor. This arrangement transfers small torque.
