Subtracting 2 Vectors

This is where things obtain a bit more interesting. What we required to note here is in which in Physics a negative sign simply means "in the opposite direction." We can take A - B and simply modify it into A + -B. The negative sign on the B just means that we will require taking the original vector B and pointing it in precisely the opposite direction (180° from where it's pointing right now. Then we will easily add them just such as we did in the previous diagrams (touching head-to-tail of course!)
