Structure of proteins

The structure of proteins is extremely complex. The basic structure of a protein considers to the number and sequence of the amino acids in its polypeptide chains. The primary structure is denoted beginning along with the amino acid whose amino group is free (the N-terminal end) and it makes the one end of the chain. Free carboxyl group (C-terminal end) makes the other end of the chain.
