Statement of Cash Flows - A statement of cash flows is one of the fundamental financial statements which is required as part of a complete set of financial statements prepared in conformity with usually accepted accounting principles. It categorizes net cash used or provided during a period as investing, operating and financing activities and reconciles beginning and ending cash or cash equivalents.
