A business organization might be structured in many various ways, depending on the environment in that this operates.

There are always problems along with any organizational structure. Established organizations based upon departments frequently tend to be bureaucratic and slow during distributing information, when organizations that are more aware of the external environment frequently lack the formality and control of the traditional organization.
