Some states also withhold state income taxes. Texas doesn't. If state withholds taxes, there will be form similar to the federal one to determine the amount withheld from employee's pay.

OTHER DEDUCTIONS Bonds, insurance, union dues, pension plans and many other items may be deducted from employee's pay. This is concluded by every employee and employer.
