State about the machine language programs
The computer can run only machine language programs, one needs to translate above programs to machine language programs. To translate from a high-level language program to machine language program, compilers are used: C++ compiler, Java compiler, etc. To translate from an assembly language program to machine language program, assemblers are used: IBM assembler, Intel assembler, etc. To translate from an application-oriented language program to machine language program, normally reprocessing programs are used to convert to an intermediate form in a high-level language and after that they are compiled to the machine language program.
