Notice that each row now has the type of customer and the additional data needed.

calculateBill remains the same in Customer.  However, the calculateBill in Corporate will add additional taxes of 2.5% to the annual premium if the corporate type is PROFIT.  The calculateBill in Consumer will add 8% to the annual premium if it is under $200.00.

Printout should be the same.
