Should specific people be tried for war crimes, History

Assignment Help:

Should specific people be tried for war crimes? If so, should some people be tried for war crimes from World War I? (Use specific examples from both World War I and World War II). If not, defend why you think people should not be tried. Look at important issues involved such as what should be construed as a war crime (starting the war in first place for example), who gets to judge and sentence war criminals and should we even have international laws governing war.
