Project Description:

I want a similar webcam effects application which can apply effects to webcam feed. So user will see those effects in I'm CHATS or in any other program which uses webcam.

--must be excellent in coding directx filters

--must add Sourcecode

--must include similar Ui options but unique

--must include setup
