Serbian PHP Developer wanted > Must be creative with UI Experience, etc

We are interested for a RESPONSIBLE as well as well-organized programmer with the following requirements

a) Advanced knowledge in PHP, MySQL, WordPress, jquery, etc.

b) Know how to create user friendly clean UI

c) You have to be 100% fluent in English language (and friendly with customers)

d) Your #1 job is to understand our Plugins and PHP applications as a programmer, and understand and fix bugs/issues and be able to communincate the problem to the developers for bigger problems

e) You MUST to be great beta-tester of our plugins and php applications and spot and fix bugs and collaborate with our other programmers.

f) Create new advanced WP plugins, themes and PHP systems

g) You must to be creative as well as take responsibility and come up with solutions even if our solution is wrong you must come up with a better one (if any)

Desired Skills are MySQL Administration, HTML, PHP, WordPress, User Interface Design
