Seeking somebody to develop a web-based registration screen, DOT NET Programming

I am seeking somebody to develop a web-based user registration screen (List, New, Modify and Delete) preferably using classic ASP framework.

The coding must be structure and modular with the use of functions and stored procedure for common process, something like PHP framework which offer scaffolding that can allow one to develop faster/more cleanly application.

The database is SQL Server 2008/2012.

Desired Skills are HTML, Microsoft SQL Server Administration and ASP
