Seeking an experienced web programmer. The website process goes like this Register- View the vendors near you- purchase items from specific vendors then check out.

Requirements/Responsibilities-

a) Website must be simply constructed with modules as well as components therefore that information can be easily switched out without spending needless time or money recoding information. Must be Joomla expert (Joomla 3.2 preferably)

b) Must be able to write modular, clean, robust code to implement the desired requirements, basically not code shortcuts

c) MUST be capable to communicate mostly via Skype chat this means you must be able to type quickly and efficiently.

d) Conceptualize, develop and design the User Interface/User Experience as well as overall look and feel of web pages

c) Create designs including sketches, visual design mockups, and visual assignments.

Desired Skills are MySQL Administration, HTML, Joomla and PHP
