Sales Territory Management:

To be efficient and effective the outside sales staff requires to be well managed and focused in their daily activities. The way they direct their efforts per day requirements to be an expression of the overall marketing plan and the marketing strategy and sales of the company. To ensure that this is the case, the sales manager works with every person in the sales force to help him or her to direct and target her or his efforts.
