Identify a major process equipment or operation in your work environment which has the highest risk and develop a detailed report on 1) process hazard analysis (PHA) and 2) HZOP to ensure maximum process safety.
In the development of the report you can use the simplified process flow diagrams and the various PHA techniques including (What-if, fault-tree analysis, Check-list or a combination of these methods) according to the process equipment or operation you select.
