• Non surgical retreatment :
- guided access to apex via coronal access - Inadequate previous root canal obturation
• Surgical retreatment like :
- reach apex via flap and bone removal-Periradicular curettage m apical root resection ( with or without root filing ), root amputation or hemisection,and intentional replantation
