Responsiveness - Customers Needs for a Product

How quickly the operations system reacts to changes in customer demand. This may be considered as customisation but in terms of service products, it means willingness or readiness of employees to provide service. It involves timeliness of service: mailing a transaction slip immediately, calling the customer back quickly and giving prompt service (eg setting up appointments quickly).
