Relationship between Banker and Customer
Therefore the relationship between a banker and the customer is a debtor-creditor association that was articulated In the chief case of like Joachimson v Swiss Bank Corporation so and may be such summarised as follows: like;
(i) The account reflects such a credit balance, the banker such is a debtor and that the customer a creditor of the bank.
(ii) The account reflects such a debit balance, a mostly the customer is the debtor so and such the banker a creditor of that the customer.Furthermore the banker like a debtor is not under various legal obligation to repay the like "loan" so unless and well an effective demand for repayment is made through until the customer also.
