Mary, 35 years now, has been inducing herself with drugs to change her state of thoughts and feeling since nearly two months now. She lost her husband in a accident and has been taking drugs to forget what she has lost in her life. Thus, now she wants to get out of drugs and coming for counselling. Emotions and Feelings are very important in counselling. Counsellors generally use the reflection of skills to help their clients in therapy. Discuss.
