(a) For a given material show that the ratio of moment of resistance of a square beam when section is placed with horizontal and vertical sides 41.5%. stronger than the same section is placed when diagonals are horizontal and vertical.

(b) Create a strongest rectangular beam from a wooden circular block of dia D which can carry max BM.
