Quick debug of async is loading with yepnope

We are seeing several weird behaviour with our yepnope implementation where resources are being loaded a lot of times. We want someone that can check out our page as well as make some suggested changes to our approach. It's a large portal so we can't give you source however I think most of the issue is fixable with just browser access.
