Mr. X is a 24-year-old Caucasian male. He denied suicidal and homicidal ideation, and was not actively psychotic. He was well-groomed, clean-shaven, and dressed casually in jeans and a short-sleeve button-up shirt. Mr. X was friendly, talkative, and joking during his interaction with the examiner. He seemed eager to begin testing.

Mr. X reportedly obtained his B.S. [...] He said that he is now in his first year of an M.A. program [...] Mr. X reported a high level of satisfaction with his life and graduate studies, although he said that financial difficulties are a constant stressor.Mr. X reported occasional recreational marijuana use during high school, but none since. He said that throughout college, his caffeine intake has been high, as he regularly drank several cups of black coffee daily. He said he has recently cut down on his caffeine intake, and now often drinks decaffeinated tea and coffee. He denied current or past use of alcohol or tobacco. He reported exercising daily, but said he would like to be "in better shape." [...]
