Process to illustrate the various spillover effects
A Spillover effects specifically for monetary policy in a modified version of the Mundell-Fleming model. This will be done under the alternative assumptions of fixed and flexible exchange rates. To illustrate the various spillover effects associated with monetary policy we make use of the so called IS/LM model.
