Preparation of Maintenance Schedule: It provides the useful information regarding the method time and place of maintenance work. It may also include information regarding manpower requirements. It gives complete time phasing of maintenance loading.
Preparation of History Card: As already explained it gives complete record of all repairs replacement and engineering changes carried out on equipment during its period of service.
