Procedure - Court of Appeal
Conversely the practice and the procedure of the Court of Appeal are regulated through Rules of Court made through the Rules Committee constituted under the Appellate Jurisdiction Act. Well although S.5 (3) (1) of the Act gives that an uneven number of at least three judges shall sit to the final determination of an appeal other than the summary dismissal of an appeal. Whenever more than one judge sits for the resolving by the court on any matter as whereas final or else whether not the decision of the court shall be according to the opinion of a majority of the judges that who sat for the purpose of determining that issue.
