Second Principle of the optimum production plan: Scheduling tends to achieve its maximum efficient when the work is planned so that it imposes an equal /even load on all the plant.

Third Principle of the optimum operation Sequence: Scheduling tends to achieve its maximum efficiency when the work is planned so that work centres are normally used in the same sequence.
