• Argument on sharing the gains of productivity - There is a requirement for adoption of a policy that ensures to the workers an equitable share of the gains of improved productivity.
• Intolerant attitude of contempt on the part of management in the direction of the workers - There is a requirement for recognition by the employer that the workers are a part of the team working towards general objectives of the organisation.
