We want to prepare a package forwarding website. Package forwarding refers to a service where US forwarder provides International shoppers with a US address where international shoppers can ship products too. An International shoppers buys products on US websites and have them shipped to our warehouse, we then consolidate their shipment to save them money on shipping. Moreover, some products that international shoppers want to buy are not available for purchase online, in that case we offer a Personal Concierge Shopping Service, where we purchase for our clients on their behalf from the USA websites since they don't have a payment technique to use for those websites like PayPal or credit card issued from the USA our service enables such a purchase.
The website could be designed to be easy to use and understand by international customers that have basic English writing and reading skills. Overall goals of the website are to start a brand, and increase membership during social sharing and word of mouth, easily explain our service. Our differentiation from the competition is an easy to use website and low shipping rates.
