Ostensible Authority - Authority of Partners
A difference is something drawn among the genuine and ostensible authority about a partner. Whether it is actual or express authority is such conferred on a partner through the terms about a partnership agreement. Because ostensible or apparent such authority is which a partner is vested through virtue of his status like a partner.
